Melvin Alexander is a statistical consultant with the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Maryland’s School of Medicine. Formerly, he was a Research Statistician at the National Study Center for Trauma and Emergency Medical Systems. Mel has used JMP and SAS to help clinicians and medical researchers develop effective developing treatment therapies for trauma patients with spinal cord, brain and motor-vehicle-crash injuries.
