  • If you are taking a training course on Monday, Sept. 13, you can register in the lobby of Building F on SAS campus – the site of the classes. Registration is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, you can register in the hotel lobby Monday from 8 to 5 p.m.
  • If you are arriving just in time for the opening speakers on Tuesday morning, you can register in the lobby of Building V on SAS campus – the site of the keynote and plenary talks. Registration is open from 7 to 8:30 a.m.

We can’t wait to welcome you to SAS world headquarters for Discovery Summit 2010! You will receive a bus schedule at registration. All daytime events will be held in Buildings V and F. We will provide transportation from the Embassy Suites and The Umstead Hotel to campus on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Buses will return to the hotels at the end of each of these days.

Please note: Visitors must arrive through the Harrison Avenue entrance. See the campus maps to the right.

Special events will take place in a variety of locations off campus beginning with Monday’s Floating Tea for First-Timers. We will provide transportation to these events from the Embassy Suites and The Umstead Hotel. Both hotels are within 5 minutes of campus. Transportation to Raleigh-Durham International Airport will be available Thursday every 30 minutes from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Reception and supper at the home of John and Ginger Sall

If you registered in advance for the reception and supper at the home of John and Ginger Sall, you’re in for a treat. Shuttles will run from both the Embassy Suites and The Umstead Hotel to the Sall residence on Monday at 5:45 and 6:15 p.m. They will return to the hotels at 8:30 and 9 p.m. Parking is limited at the Sall residence.
