Design of experiments (DOE) can help you determine - before changes are made - which process changes are most likely to yield the greatest gains. Join DOE expert Lou Valente for a complimentary half-day seminar: Design of Experiments: A Practitioner's Perspective. It will be offered Oct. 14 in the Denver area.
Scientific Computing Review Lauds
Scientific Computing has published a review of JMP Genomics 3.2 by statistician John Wass titled "The Magic of Genomics." JMP Genomics has evolved quickly since its initial release in 2006, and Wass' review recognizes that - along with the fact that genomics software in general is highly complex. Wass notes that JMP Genomics 3.2 "now is no more cumbersome than most, easier to use than others, and offers the statistical power of SAS® while proffering the simplicity of JMP, altogether a fine marriage."
JMP® Topics Abound at Upcoming Meetings
John Sall, the creator of JMP software, and professionals who use JMP in a variety of business settings will talk about the versatility of JMP and the power of data visualization at the October meeting of the Midwest SAS Users Group (MWSUG) in Indianapolis. JMP Product Manager Chuck Pirrello will demonstrate how SAS Visual Data Discovery provides point-and-click access to the most vital data preparation, graphical and analytic functions from SAS. Learn more about the iterative process that integrates the best of SAS and JMP.
