New processes for examining paired data types (e.g., SNP and CN or CN and Expression).
Support for even larger genotype data sets, up to 15,000 individuals and 1.5 million SNPs for selected processes.
New and enhanced workflows for quickly getting started with new data sets.
New graphical features, like Graph Builder, which appeal very much to non-statistician scientists.
Grid-enablement of selected processes, so users can take advantage of a cluster with SAS Grid Manager
