JMP Genomics 4 incorporates new functionality from the latest versions of our software: SAS 9.2 and JMP 8.
But it retains the point-and-click menu and overall ease of use that enable novice researchers and experts alike to easily spot outliers and hidden trends in their data.
JMP Genomics 4 includes more new capabilities than any prior release of our software. Explore our expanded Web site for specific additions and enhancements in Copy Number, Expression, Genetics, Next-Gen Sequencing and Predictive Modeling.
Here's just a sampling of what's new:
- New processes for examining paired data types (e.g., SNP and CN or CN and Expression).
- Support for even larger genotype data sets, up to 15,000 individuals and 1.5 million SNPs for selected processes.
- New and enhanced workflows for quickly getting started with new data sets.
- New graphical features, like Graph Builder, which appeal very much to non-statistician scientists.
- Grid-enablement of selected processes, so users can take advantage of a cluster with SAS Grid Manager
