Running this process for the DrosophilaAgingExample sample setting generates two output data sets accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Control Set Normalization process description for more information about this process.

Output Data
This process generates the following output data set:
Output Standardized Data Set : The output data set recapitulates the input data set with the standardized values replacing the raw input values. This data set can be used as input for a wide variety of analytical processes.
Output Experimental Design Data Set (EDDS) : This data set is generated from the input EDDS and provides information about the columns in the input data set. In this example, the input and output EDDSs are the same.

Note : You should visually evaluate the results of this process using the Distribution Analysis process before using the normalized data in subsequent analyses. See Evaluation of Normalization Methods for a comparison of the different normalization methods with the sample data.
