How are the confidence limits calculated for the linearity study?
Lower CI[i] = ab - tPart
Upper CI[i] = ab + tPart
Where
- ab = average bias
- tPart = tCrit*sqrt((1/dfT) + ( (nLevels[i]-xMean)**2) / sumXSquared) * s )
- nLevels[i] = number of levels for the Standard variable
- xMean = the sum of the number of levels for the standard divided by the number of levels for the factor
- dfT = degrees of freedom for the term(s) or model
