Adds a k-out-of-n block shape where you specify k and n (where k-out-of-n shapes must work for the block shape to succeed).
Adds a knot shape to the system diagram allowing you to configure k-out-of-n block shape for shapes having different Distribution property settings.
Enables you to save a Reliability Block Diagram or save an existing Reliability Block Diagram with a new name to a JMP Scripting Language (JSL) script that is automatically executed when it is opened in JMP. See Scripting Guide for details on Auto-Submit scripts.
If Show Design Comparisons is selected, this option enables you to hide or show the system diagram in the Workspace.
Displays a Distribution Overlay profiler and Remaining Life Distribution Overlay profiler for the selected system diagrams. See Show Design Comparisons for details.
Enables you to add a new design diagram to the Designs panel. See Add a New Design Item for details.
Enables you to add a new item to the Library panel. The Library panel lets you create subsystem diagrams for use in multiple system designs. See Add a New Library Item for details.
The Show Design Comparisons option displays all of the Distribution profilers and the Remaining Life Distribution profilers for all of the designs in the panel. You can choose to compare a subset of designs to view differences in their profilers.
1.
|
From the Reliability Block Diagram red triangle menu, select Show Design Comparisons.
|
2.
|
For the Remaining Life Distribution Overlay, enter the Survival Time.
|
Tip: As alternative to entering the Survival Time, select the small rectangle at the origin and drag it to the right to dynamically set the Survival Time.
Tip: To hide the system diagram in the Workspace, from the Reliability Block Diagram red triangle menu, deselect Show Design Diagram. Alternatively, to show more of the Design Comparisons, you can reposition the horizontal splitter upward.
Note: The profilers display a graph for each system diagram. For each profiler, deselect system diagrams to hide their graphs. See Distribution Overlay Example and Remaining Life Distribution Overlay Example.
The New Design Item option adds a new system design to the Designs panel list.
1.
|
From the Reliability Block Diagram red triangle menu, select New Design Item.
|
The New Library Item option adds a new sub-system to the Library panel list.
1.
|
From the Reliability Block Diagram red triangle menu, select New Library Item.
|
Displays the Remaining Life Distribution profiler. The profiler graphs the probability over time that the system will fail given that it has survived a set amount of time. Configure Survival Time if necessary.
Lists the system diagram’s components and their configuration settings. You must set each component type’s Configuration settings. See Configuration Settings for details.
Prints the algebraic expression illustrated by the Reliability Block Diagram to the Log window. See Print Algebraic Reliability Formula.
Creates a new Design or Library item identical to the selected Design or Library item. See Clone a Design or Library Item for details.
Deletes the selected Design or Library item from the panel. See Delete a Design or Library Item for details.
The Clone option creates a new system design or library sub-system identical to the selected system design or library sub-system.
1.
|
Select the Clone option from the red triangle menu for the design or library item to be copied.
|
The Delete option removes the selected system design or a library sub-system from the panel.
1.
|
Select the Delete option from the red triangle menu for the design or library item to be deleted.
