Usage Note 35334: Can I get the process capability index CPK in JMP?
Version 4 and higher: Yes. From the Distribution output, select Capability Analysis from the column's pulldown menu and fill in the dialog. To save the limits and target back to the data
table, choose Save ► Spec Limits from the same menu.
