Usage Note 35335: Can I get Fisher's Exact test in JMP®?
Standard JMP® offers Fisher's Exact Test for 2x2 tables only. Use the Fit Y by X platform with nominal Y and X columns. JMP® Pro, however, gives Fisher's Exact Test for NxN tables. Again, use the Fit Y by X platform with nominal Y and X columns. From the inverted red arrow menu, select Exact Test ► Fisher's Exact Test. Note that exact tests might take a long time to process with large tables.
