Usage Note 35346: How do I perform a paired t-test in JMP®?
The Matched Pairs platform is available in JMP® specifically for performing paired t-tests. First, create two continuous columns in a table with the pre/post data values. In JMP 12 and earlier, the Matched Pairs platform is located directly under the Analyze menu. Starting in JMP 13, select Analyze ► Specialized Modeling ► Matched Pairs.
