Usage Note 35409: How do I change the level of the event that is modeled in JMP’s logistic regression?
By default, JMP® will model the lower ordered level as the event. The List
Check column property can be used to reverse the order of the levels.
For Version 6.0 and above, use the following steps: Highlight the response column, click Cols ►Column Info, then click Column Properties to add a List Check property.
For Versions of JMP prior to 6.0, use the following steps: Highlight the response column, click Cols ► Column Info, then click New Property to add a List Check property.
