Usage Note 36013: Can I test for equal variances in JMP?
Yes, through the Fit Y by X platform. Select continuous Y and nominal or
ordinal X, and choose Unequal Variances in the analysis pop-up menu. You will get the following tests: O'Brien(.5), Brown-Forsythe, Levene, and Bartlett. If only two groups are present, JMP will also give the F Test, 2-sided, or Folded F test.
