Report a Problem

JMP offers the following means of contacting Technical Support:

  • Phone. You may call directly at 919.677.8008. When calling, please have your Registration Number or Site License Number (for Annual License customers only).
  • Email. You may send an email to . This will automatically create a support track. Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Web Form. JMP has three forms via which you can submit a problem: one that uses cookies and Java, one that uses no cookies, and a third form for updating a previously submitted report.
