David Pfeiffenberger received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Kansas. Although David has worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, aerospace, software and health care, process improvement and JMP have been a common thread throughout his career. David enjoys sharing examples and stories of his experience using JMP to solve complex problems with his students.
