Take On the JMP Challenge

We're inviting you to join the latest JMP challenge, which is underway with great discussion already happening around possible solutions. The challenge is based on a common task in bioinformatics—searching a string containing genetic information to find specific substring patterns. Your challenge is to find the longest substring that appears two or more times using the Covid19 genome. Check out the details of the challenge, prepare your solution and join the discussion with fellow JMP users.

Compare Data Tables

Have you tried...

...comparing two open data tables to see differences between data, scripts, table variables, column names, column properties and column attributes? To compare tables: 1) open two or more data tables, 2) select Compare Data Tables in the Tables menu from either table, 3) confirm settings, and 4) click Compare. JMP will display a summary of the differences. Watch this short video to learn more.

See JMP Tips and Tricks for more short videos on using JMP.
