Optimizing animal feed solutions through data-driven insight
Adisseo leverages JMP software to optimize animal nutrition by turning complex data into actionable insights, improving feed efficiency, product development, and animal welfare. By standardizing data analysis and fostering a digital mindset, the company enhances research, reduces experimentation costs, and delivers greater value to clients.

Adisseo is a company that works with animal feed products. We provide amino acid, vitamins, antioxidants, and diversity in amino enzymes as well, to guarantee for the clients a better animal that has a better welfare, a better health and also a good end product.
What I'm helping, is helping my colleagues to understand better statistics using DOE as well for the products. We have a lot of data as well that we can help to provide better insights for the clients and even for ourselves for the research and innovation.
JMP Journals is a platform in JMP that we can save everything that you're doing in a picture, basically, and you can rerun again if you need, but still you have everything that you have done. And then if my colleague would need to repeat or understand where the data are coming from, all the steps that I have done, I save in this journal.
We are standardizing everybody to do the same. Then there's a reason that we are using journals to have a traceability of what we do. JMP can improve in decreasing the sampling. Basically, when we do our experimentation, we don't need to do so many samples. This reduces the time of our workers. Also reduces the cost of the experimentation. And then this will save money for us, for the company.
JMP can help really to understand the needs of the clients and show the difference between our product and the other product with Profiler or Graph Builder. And also we can show them modelization and regression or how to improve the dosage.
But at the end, it's our client that needs to be happy with our products. Because 70 percent of their cost is in the feed. For example, with enzymes we can reduce the cost of the feed and then the digestibility will be better and then they can absorb better their nutrients.
Why do we use JMP every day? Because it's a robust tool and really easy to communicate for the colleagues and for the clients, since it's really visual and you can see really the results in front of you, without any coding.
We really need to find like a digital mindset that everything needs to be standardized with a good architecture stored in a good place. Then with that, we can create new insights. We have a lot of data, and this is exciting. What you could create with it, all the insights that you can get from it. You can do so many modelization and decrease the animal utilization as well. It's really bright, the future for the data, and it's only a question of organization.
