Pharmaceutical development is full of complex decisions, and the experiments that are run at every stage play a critical role in getting those decisions right. This session explores practical approaches – from design to advanced statistical methods – for making confident decisions from complex data. See how to bring data from chromatograms and spectra directly into your DOE analysis, as well as approaches to avoid common pitfalls.
Bayesian optimization is also introduced as a modern alternative to traditional DOE for devising experiments that can help speed up the development timeline, helping you discover optimal conditions with fewer experiments.
This event includes hands-on activities that give you a better understanding of how to immediately apply this information to your experiments. Join us to learn more about:
- Implementing DOE and the resulting analysis.
- Using the design space in the Prediction Profiler.
- Applying advanced statistical techniques for sparse data, responses with various underlying distributions, and random factors.
- Including responses that are curves (4P sigmoidal, growth curves, chromatograms, and spectra).
- Taking full advantage of Bayesian optimization.
If you are conducting experiments during any phase of pharmaceutical development, discover how JMP can enable you to move from running experiments to truly learning from them.
Attendance is limited. If you plan to join us, please register as soon as possible.
