Deshpande has a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating complex statistical insights to diverse audiences including management, scientists, and regulatory bodies.

Before joining JMP, Rashmi gained extensive experience in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for scientists, leadership, and regulatory bodies. She is also an experienced trainer, known for building statistical capability within diverse technical teams.
