Qiana Eaglin

Qiana Eaglin is the Manager of Technical Writing at JMP Statistical Discovery, a SAS company specializing in interactive desktop software for dynamic data visualization and analysis.
Eaglin and her team are responsible for generating and publishing documentation for JMP, JMP Live, and other products, as well as maintaining documentation scripts and tools that help users get the most out of their software investment.
Prior to joining JMP, she served as a technical writer for SAS. During her distinguished twenty-four-year career in software, Eaglin has held multiple roles, including developer, tester, system and database administrator, and technical writer. In 2010, she filed a patent for managing multiple user IDs in instant messaging or email.
Eaglin holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Morgan State University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
