John Jones
Director of Digital Operations
John Jones is the Director of Digital Operations at JMP. He is passionate about putting technological solutions in the hands of the business to help it operate more efficiently. Under his leadership, the Digital Operations team supports all of the systems on which JMP runs its business.
Jones joined JMP in 2007, after nearly 10 years of working at SAS, first as a web designer and later as the web design team manager. During his time with JMP, he has helped to stand up e-commerce capabilities to allow customers to purchase JMP online, led the implementation of a companywide web content management system, and is currently leading several technological initiatives within the company.
Jones is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University.
