Quality by Design for Better Process Understanding
One of the major challenges in manufacturing and product development is ensuring consistent product quality. Variability in raw materials, environmental conditions, and manufacturing processes can lead to inconsistencies in the final product, affecting performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Quality by Design (QbD) focuses on designing high-quality experiments that provide a deep understanding of production parameters and how they can be controlled to improve efficiency and reduce variation.
This session explains how JMP provides an ideal platform for QbD, demonstrating how it can be used to design, model, and evaluate experiments that determine the optimum conditions to meet and control critical attributes.
Key takeaways:
- Understanding how production parameters influence efficiency and variation.
- Controlling critical attributes of an experiment by using the right tools.
- Using JMP to execute the QbD framework – including designing, modeling, and evaluating experiments.
