Benjamin Holt is a senior formulation technical specialist at Syngenta, where he supports a wide range of projects in Crop Protection R&D. With a strong background in design of experiments and statistical modelling, he helps teams turn data into actionable insights that accelerate innovation in agriculture. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Colloid Science and an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Hull, where he was awarded the Kipling Prize for his research in physical chemistry.
