What products can I buy in the JMP Store?

Subscriptions are available for JMP, JMP Pro, and JMP Clinical. The listed prices are for an annual subscription. You’ll receive a notification before the automated renewal.

How many licenses do I need?

JMP is licensed per user. Each user will need their own individual license. You or your administrator can add additional users at any time by signing in to your JMP Store account.

Where can the licenses be used?

JMP licenses are issued under country-specific subscription terms. This means that licensed users must be based in the same country as the subscription agreement. For example, a license purchased under a U.S. subscription agreement can only be assigned to a user based in the U.S.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing. As you reach the next tier, the price per user will decrease*. The more you buy, the more you save.

* Tiered pricing will be applied on the initial order and at time of renewal.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time to prevent the automatic renewal of your subscription. Access to the software will remain available until the end of the subscription term. Cancellations do not result in partial refunds.

What kind of support is included with my annual license subscription?

Your JMP license includes all new product releases as well as comprehensive technical support. JMP users also have access to a wide variety of getting started resources, ongoing analytic skills webinars, and an active user community.

Do you have special pricing for academic licenses?

Yes. Students, educators, and academic researchers at degree-granting institutions get free access to JMP Student Edition, a full-featured version of JMP Pro. Visit our academic page to learn more.

Can we resell JMP?

No. The JMP Store’s terms and conditions currently do not allow for the transfer of licenses. If you are a service provider planning to acquire JMP licenses on behalf of your clients, please contact JMP Sales.
