JMP Tools for Reproducibility and Automation
June 28 | 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. ET
In academic research, reproducibility of statistical results is extremely important. Many researchers use statistical packages with code-based interfaces in part for this very reason: code both documents and executes the exact steps needed to reproduce an analysis.
JMP can do this, too, and this webinar will show you how. JMP captures the underlying code for every point-and-click action you take. You can access and rerun this code in a number of different ways depending on your needs. JMP 17 introduced Workflow Builder, which records your point-and-click actions and lets you rerun them with the click of a button, annotate them with comments, and adapt the underlying code for future uses. This webinar will show you how to use Workflow Builder and other tools for documenting and reproducing analyses. We'll also see how you can adapt the code that JMP captures to automate steps for future analyses.
