When should I arrive?

Please check in and collect your conference materials at the registration desk located in the Foyer in the conference area. You will receive a name badge with your welcome packet; please wear it to all conference sessions and evening events.

Registration is open:
Tuesday, 21 March, 8:00 – 17:00
Wednesday, 22 March, 7:30 – 17:30

You must pay the registration fee prior to the conference in order to attend.

How much does it cost to stay at the Prague Marriott Hotel?

For the conference rate, please book your hotel via the online registration process.      

  • Single: CZK 3,800
  • Double: CZK 4,150

I’m staying at the Prague Marriott Hotel. How do I get there? And when do I check in and check out?

See the hotel website for a map and directions. The hotel does not provide shuttle service, but there are many ways to get there:

  • Bus service, fee: 32 CZK  (one way)
  • Subway service, fee:  32 CZK  (one way)
  • Estimated taxi fare: 890 CZK  (one way)
  • Parking: 50 CZK per hour or 600 CZK per day

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 12:00

Luggage storage is available for those who check out before the end of the conference.   

Where should I go for pre-conference training and tutorials?

Training courses and tutorials will be held Monday, 20 March, and Tuesday, 21 March at an additional cost. Training, led by SAS Education, will take place at the SAS Czech Republic office and tutorials, led by JMP developers, will take place in the conference hotel.

I see a lot of breakout sessions on the agenda. How do I choose which to attend?

The conference agenda includes six breakout sessions with four concurrent talks. The abstracts are available online, in your conference program, and in the mobile app, and they are categorized by topic and level of difficulty. This will help you narrow it down, but you’ll still have some hard choices to make.

Will there be food?

Yes! A buffet breakfast is available in Midtown Grill on Wednesday and Thursday mornings for conference attendees. Lunch is provided each day, as well. We offer two opportunities for dinner and networking, a welcome dinner on Tuesday and a dinner adventure on Wednesday. Please be sure to select the dinner events you'd like to attend during the online registration process.  

Dietary restrictions? Please be sure to contact Carla Paquet, and let your server know who you are at each meal. We want to make your week as comfortable as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual.

How do I get conference materials?

Take some time to review the presentation materials we’ve gathered in the JMP User Community. You’ll find papers, slides, posters and, in some cases, videos of the talks. We hope you’ll use these valuable resources to continue learning after the conference, and share them with colleagues who couldn’t attend.
