Jon Armer has been a formulation, development and analytical scientist for over 15 years. Alongside his formulation expertise, he has in-depth experience in CMC support, manufacturing, spray drying, lyophilisation, method development, and general process and project troubleshooting. Armer regularly uses the capabilities of JMP in his day-to-day work and has been the subject matter expert on design of experiments in previous roles at four different companies. Using the platform has allowed him to come up with novel solutions to complex, multifaceted and often time-sensitive challenges. A keen advocate of sound experimental design, Armer encourages trainees to play with their data to understand it in context. He also emphasizes the importance of ensuring your test fits your problem.
