Ross Metusalem is a Systems Engineer for JMP, where he supports sales and customer development in the Southeast. A cognitive scientist by training, Metusalem previously worked as Senior Research Scientist at UK-based educational technology and assessment company Pearson. There he conducted research in the science of learning in order to inform the design of educational products. He has also held teaching and research positions at the University of South Florida and the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), which included using JMP in conducting academic analytics research and in teaching experimental design and statistics in psychology. Metusalem holds a PhD in cognitive science from UCSD and an MA and BA, both in linguistics, from The Ohio State University.
