We invite you to join us for a fun experiment! Let’s grow some greens and learn about multifactored experimentation. We want to encourage you to learn about Design of Experiments (DOE) by growing garden cress. A green thumb or prior statistical knowledge are not required. What every (data) explorer should bring: Curiosity and an open mind. This is also a great activity to do with kids!

Sign up for the challenge to get detailed instructions.
Plant the seeds in different conditions and measure how the different factors affect growth.
Run a designed experiment with the instructions provided and submit your results.

Garden cress can be easily grown indoors and can be used as a healthy ingredient for salads, soups or simply sprinkle it on a sandwich for extra
vitamin C.
