Hundreds of universities license JMP. Check our list below or your campus software website to see if JMP is available. You will find versions for Windows and Mac. If your campus does not have access, the single-user 12-month license is ideal for students who need their own copy for a course.

Many universities license JMP® for student use

Your university may already have a license for JMP! 

Check your Software or IT page to look for JMP. Some schools may list it under "Statistical Software." Because JMP is a part of SAS, these software offerings may be listed together: check the downloads listed under "SAS" if you do not find it under "JMP."

If you still cannot find JMP offered through your university, contact your department office or a professor in your department to let them know you have interest in using JMP software. They may know of other resources through your university for software access.

Single-user 12-month student license

JMP Student Subscription is for student use in a course and available through OnTheHub.com/jmp. Designed for courses at institutions without access to an Academic Suite license.

  • JMP

    JMP is ideal for coursework in a broad range of subjects, including introductory statistics, regression, linear models, design of experiments, quality control, reliability, multivariate analysis, predictive modeling and applied forecasting.

  • JMP Pro

    JMP Pro includes all of the features of JMP, plus exact tests, bootstrapping, and advanced modeling techniques used in research methods, data mining, and predictive modeling courses.

  • JMP Student Subscription

    JMP Student Subscription (formally known as JMP Student Edition) is designed to meet the needs of high schools and introductory statistics courses.

  • JMP Genomics

    JMP Genomics combines interactive JMP graphics and SAS analytics, allowing researchers to efficiently visualize, explore and analyze genomic data.

  • JMP Clinical

    JMP Clinical is a combination of JMP and SAS that simplifies and facilitates data discovery, analysis and reporting in clinical trials.

    Note: There is no student purchase option for JMP Pro, JMP Clinical, or JMP Genomics. For students to access these products, your university must purchase the license as an Academic Suite (Professor, Department, or Campus).
