Date: Friday, 30 August 2019
Time: 11:00 am -12:15 pm Australia Eastern Time (Sydney, GMT+10:00)
Professor Kaoru Ishikawa, affectionately called “the father of quality circles,” advocated for extensive involvement in quality. He saw an opportunity not only within multiple layers of management, contributors and departments across an organization, but also start to finish in the product life cycle. This live webinar will focus on the seven basic methods, which Ishikawa believed could solve most quality challenges. The tools demonstrated will include:
- Check sheets.
- Pareto charts.
- Cause and effect diagrams (or fishbone charts).
- Stratification (or flowcharts).
- Scatter plots.
- Control charts.
