Time Scale

Use this feature to specify the time scale to use for times.

Available time scales are listed in the following table:

Time Scale	Function
Hours	• Choose this option to assess findings after each hour on the day of treatment.
Days	• Choose this option to assess findings at each day of the study.
Weeks	• Choose this option to assess findings on a weekly basis during the course of the study.
Months	• Choose this option to assess findings on a monthly basis during the course of the study.
Visits	• Choose this option to assess findings based on the recorded visits, as specified in the VISIT and/or VISITNUM variables. • This option is specified by default. If VISIT or VISITNUM is not found in the findings data set, then the Days scale is used.
Years	• Choose this option to assess findings on a yearly basis during and after the course of the study.

Note: All measurements that fall within a unit of the time scale are averaged into one value.
