Refer to findings tests using:

Use this option to choose whether to refer to findings results by code (xxTESTCD1 Where xx is either EG, LB, or VS, depending on the specified findings domain.) or full name (xxTEST) in narrative.

Select Test code to refer to the labs as specified by the xxTESTCD column.

Select Test name to refer to the labs as specified in the xxTEST column.

Make sure that the Include a findings domain in the narrative box is checked.
