Only mark the first occurrence of a new lesion for each subject
During report data processing, tumor identification (if found) will be used to flag and mark new lesions in the resulting spider (line trend) plot for each subject.
New lesions are detected based on the presence of NEW in the following variables (if present, in order of preference): TRGRPID, TRCAT, TUSTRESC or TUORRES (via unique TRLNKID to TULNKID), similar to how TARGET lesions are detected. Only records that have a valid Date/Time (not missing TRDTC) are considered to flag an occurrence of a new lesion.
If this option is checked, then only the first occurrence of any new lesion per subject is used to annotate the spider (line trend) plot. New lesions are marked with an asterisk at the visit where they occurred. When lesions are found between visits, they are anchored either to the visit prior to or after the occurrence, depending on the selection made using the Annotate disposition events and new lesions that occur between tumor results visits: option.
If this is left unchecked, all records with a valid date and whose tumor identification contains NEW are marked.
