Comment Report
Running this process generates a PDF or rtf file of the comments contained within the CO domain.
Because the COVAL field is limited to a length of 200 characters, particularly lengthy comments can be spread across one or more additional COVAL X fields where X is a numeric value (beginning with 1 ).
The program determines whether additional COVAL variables are available and concatenates all fields together to create the comments that are presented in the final report. In general, comments are reported along with Unique Subject Identifier ( USUBJID ) and the Trial Time Windows . Should the date or time of comments be available, these values are also presented. If a subject does not have any comments present in the database, a record stating " No comments were entered on the CRF. " is printed to the output files.
