y -Axis Findings Test Short Name Value
Use this field to specify the findings value to be plotted on the y -axis of the Bubble Plot .
The units along the y -axis depend on the Findings Domain to Analyze .
Note : When analyzing findings data, you must also specify the position value ( xxPOS ) and the specimen value ( xxSPEC ) if these permissible variables are present in the domain.
.
The characters and spacing must match one of the values of the LBTESTCD variable in the lb.sas7bdat data set.
If no value is specified, the process will, by default, search the LBTESTCD column for one of the value strings corresponding to bilirubin ( " BILI ", or " TBIL ") to assign to this parameter. If the LBTESTCD values do not contain either of the strings listed above, the process assigns the second sorted lab test in the LBTESTCD column.
The characters and spacing must match one of the values of the EGTESTCD variable in the eg.sas7bdat data set.
When EGPOS exists in the eg.sas7bdat data set, you must specify both the EGTESTCD and EGPOS values. To do so, concatenate the values and delimit them with a space.
If no value is specified, the process will, by default, search EGTESTCD for the string “ QTCB ” and assign the value containing this term (indicating Bazett’s QT interval correction) to this parameter. If the “ QTCB string is not contained in any of values in the EGTESTCD column, the process subsequently searches for the string “ QTC ” and assigns the value containing this term (indicating a QT interval correction test such as Fridericia’s QT interval correction, for example) to this parameter. If no corrected QT interval tests are present, the process searches for the string “ QT ” and defaults to the non-corrected QT interval. Finally, if no values contain these strings, the process assigns the second sorted test in the EGTESTCD column to this parameter.
EGPOS defaults to STANDING and then to the first sorted value.
The characters and spacing must match one of the values of the VSTESTCD variable in the vs.sas7bdat data set.
When VSPOS exists in the vs.sas7bdat data set, you must specify both the VSTESTCD and VSPOS values. To do so, concatenate the values and delimit them with a space.
If no value is specified, the process will, by default, assign a VSTESTCD value corresponding to systolic blood pressure to this parameter. If the strings " SYS " or " SBP " are not found in the VSTESTCD column values, the process assigns the second sorted vital sign test in the VSTESTCD column.
VSPOS defaults to STANDING and then to the first sorted value.
Note : This process is case-insensitive. You can enter either upper- or lower-case letters or any combination thereof.
To Specify the y -Axis Findings Test Value:
*
Type the name of the value, from the Findings Domain to Analyze , to be plotted along the y -axis, in the y-Axis Findings Test Short Name Value field.
In this example, VS was selected as the domain and systolic blood pressure taken where the subjects are seated ( VSPOS value = SITTING ) are plotted on the y -axis.
*
Type SYSBP SITTING in the y-Axis Findings Test Short Name Value field.
