Add Study
This report adds a study (see Studies) from folders that contain CDISC-formatted data. You must add a study before you can perform the analysis. This report can also import SAS transport files for you.
To Add a Study from Folders:
The following table summarizes the minimum requirements of new studies.
a Study Name
The study name must conform to the Rules for Study Names.
the location of either the SDTM or SEND Folder or the ADaM Folder
The SDTM or SEND Folder must contain at least one domain.
The ADaM Folder must contain at least one domain.
Either DM (DM in SDTM or ADDM in ADaM) or ADSL (from ADaM) must be present.
For ADaM BDS Findings data, both PARAMCD and either AVAL or AVALC must be present.
The same folder cannot be specified in the SDTM or SEND Folder and ADaM Folder fields.

Note: If your JMP Clinical software has been configured for SAS Drug Development, clicking expands a drop-down menu. Select From Folders from the drop-down menu to open the Add Study dialog.

The study and associated metadata is added to your database.
To Add a Study from a SAS Drug Development (SDD) Server:
Note: You must be a registered user of SAS Drug Development software to add a study from SDD. Your JMP Clinical software must also be configured for accessing SDD. Refer to How do I configure JMP Clinical to access data from SAS Drug Development (SDD)? for more information about configuring JMP Clinical for SDD.

Click and select From SDD from the drop-down menu to open the Add Study dialog.
