ADaM Folder
Use this field to specify the name and complete path to the folder containing the Analysis Data Model (ADaM) data sets.
The Analysis Data Model Folder
The Analysis Data Model defines a standard format for presenting raw and derived data in a form that permits ready statistical analysis with a minimum of programming. Analysis data sets must contain all of the data needed for review and the data must be ready for analysis. They must be SAS data sets.
Note: Data from the Basic Data Structure (BDS) ADaM data sets can also be used for selected JMP Clinical Findings Reports only. Refer to the report description for specific Findings reports for more information.
If you leave this field blank, the ADaM folder is assigned to be the SDTM folder if adsl.sas7bdat exists in the SDTM folder. In general, ADSL takes priority over DM for analyses. If ADSL is not available, DM is used instead. If there are analysis (ADaM) versions of SDTM data sets (for example, adae.sas7bdat in ADaM and ae.sas7bdat in SDTM), the analysis versions take priority.
Refer to the ADaM website for additional details about the Analysis Data Model.
Note: All ADaM data sets must be placed in the same folder prior to analysis with JMP Clinical. This folder should be named ADaM.
