Special visits to exclude

Use this text box to specify a list of visit numbers exclude.

Use this option in the Visit Order report to exclude those visits which, based on the numbering scheme, will trigger an alert. This is useful for special visit codes such as for unscheduled or early discontinuation visits, which can be coded as 98 or 99, respectively.

Use this option in the Missing Findings report to specify visits to exclude from being considered the max visit when their inclusion would cause visits of lower numbers to be considered. This is useful for special visit codes, such as for unscheduled or early discontinuation visits, which can be coded as 98 or 99, respectively.

To Specify a Subset of Visits:

Click to open the Add window that lists available visits (shown below).

Select the visits you want to include in the analysis and click OK to add those visits to the text box.

In this example, visits 1,5,6, and 9 was selected and added.
