Exposure calculations differ depending on whether each subject experienced the event:

Does the subject experience the event?	Start	End
No	reference start date (RFSTDTC)	reference end date (RFENDTC)
Yes	reference start date (RFSTDTC)	the earliest event start date (AESTDTC)
