GO ID

Use this field to specify the variables containing the Gene Ontology (GO) IDs.

The Gene Ontology ID is a unique alphanumerical identifier given to a GO term.

These variables are used to make the web link to AmiGO database.

To Specify One or More GO Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight one or more variables from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the GO ID field.
