High Hit Total Threshold

Categories¹ in the output that have more than this total number of hits in the enrichment set for each of the chosen tests² are deleted.³

Tip: Specify a 0 for this filter to have no effect.

Note: This filter is applied before the multiple testing adjustment. (See Multiple Testing Method for Adjusting p-Values and associated parameters.)
