Input SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify the full path and name of the input SAS data set.

Note the following process-specific information:

Process	Note
Ingenuity Pathways Analysis Upload	This file must be an analysis result data set that contains IPA-supported Gene/Protein Identifier and variables.
Ingenuity Get Gene Pathways	The data must contain a variable with Entrez Gene IDs.
Export to GSEA Format	The data must contain intensities.

To Specify the Input SAS Data Set:
