Categorical Phenotype Variable

Select categorical phenotype variables for which to create .CLS files. A separate file is created for each categorical variable.

To Select Categorical Phenotype Variables:

Specify an Experimental Design SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Categorical Phenotype Variables field.
