ID Variable

Specify the variable whose values are used to identify each locus (or SNP) or to label points in the different plots produced in this process.

To Specify an ID Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the ID Variable field.
