Multipliers of Design Size

Use this field to specify one or more multipliers of the design size. Each multiplier corresponds to the number of replicated observations at the lowest level of the design.

•	For microarray data summarized to the gene level, this corresponds to the number of replicates of the design.

•	For two-color array data, this corresponds to the number of replicated spots on an array.

•	For probe-level data, this corresponds to the number of probes within a probeset.

•	You can specify a single numerical value, a fixed set of values separated by commas, or a range of values in a format like 1 to 4 by 1. The same multipliers are used for all hypothesis tests.
