Constrain negative IBD estimates to 0
IBD probabilities are normally between 0 and 1. However, the method-of-moments estimator used for calculations can result in IBD estimates that become negative, especially when a less dense set of markers is used and when there is very little relatedness in the samples. This parameter is used to set all negative IBD estimates to zero (0).
To Specify This Option:
Specify Identity by Descent as the relationship matrix to compute.
Note: This option is available only when Identical by Descent is chosen as the Relationship Matrix to Compute.
