Identity By State Threshold
Use the field/slider to specify a threshold for reporting pairs of samples.
Pairs of rows/samples that have IBS values greater than or equal to the specified proportion of alleles that are identical by state will be reported in a data set with the suffix _prs appended.
Sample pairs will be notated using the names for the relationship similarity variables in the output data set; in other words either the user-specified Prefix or the default Prefix "IBS_" with the sample row number appended.
If ID Variables are specified, their values will be appended to the prefix instead of the row number.
Note: If a value of 0 is entered, the output data set will not be created.
To Specify the Identity by State Threshold:
*
Make sure Identity by State is selected as the Relationship Matrix to Compute.
