Reference Annotation Minor Allele Variable

Use this field to specify the reference annotation variable that contains identifiers of the minor alleles for each SNP. This variable must contain one of the bases: A, C, T, or G.

To Specify the Reference Annotation Minor Allele Variable:

Specify the Reference Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.
