Force all markers into linkage groups

Use this option to force all of the markers into linkage groups When this option is selected, the "force" option will be used in the "make.seq" function from the OneMap package.

Caution: You should NOT check this option unless you are certain that all of the markers should fall within some linkage group.

Note: This option is available only when you choose Automated as the Order Algorithm.
