Genotype Recoding for Breeding: Additive (1 0 -1) and Dominant (0 1 0)
Check this box to convert each numeric genotype marker variable (initially coded as 2, 1, and 0) to numeric additive (1, 0, -1) and dominant (0, 1, 0) variables.
The new data set has twice as many variables as the number of markers in the input data set.
The output data set can be loaded in the predictive modeling methods to model additive and dominance effects of markers for genomic prediction.
